PaPa and Sarah

Sarah and her favorite papa steal a candid moment at the luncheon after our Grandma Beatty's funeral. She has him wrapped around her finger and one of her first words was PaPa. She even decided to say it on Fathers Day--that sure made him grin. They like to take walks together outside. We love ya Dad.

THIS CAKE BE SHIPWRECKED
What do you tell a birthday boy when their pirate ship cake slowly falls apart --that it was the ship that lost in a battle between pirates. Then you throw a few whoppers on it and tell him those are the cannon balls. Hey, it stopped the tears, and no matter how it looked it was awfully tasty.
Arrrrrrrrrrg it's Easton's Pirate Party!!!!!!!!
Happy 4th birthday to my crazy but cute little Easton. We had quite the bash with lots of family fun and games. He was spoiled rotten as usual and by the end of the night had come down with some kind of sickness. I don't know what he has yet, but Sarah is running a fever, too. The best part of the whole party was the kids running around like crazy with their eyepatches and swords. They only turn four once.

I am having a semi-hard time figuring out this blog thing, but hopefully I will have some time in the next few weeks to get a decent page set up. Sorry you have to view something so hideous right now. I am still working on figuring out all the blog lingo and how to do things and upload things to my page. I feel good that I got the one picture on, but I have more I'm working on. Feel free to leave comments about how computer savvy I am.
My Family is forced to pose for a picture--Thanks Carrie for taking it for us. My family came to our house for Easter and it was great fun. Easter in front of our house and we were all pooped after church. Notice how excited Ryan is to take a moment with his family for a snapshot-thanks hon.
